Salted Caramel Apple Butter
Slow cooked local apples are combined with brown sugar, sorghum molasses from Muddy Pond Sorghum Mill in Tennessee, vanilla beans and sea salt to create a really special apple butter. It can be dessert (it's delicious on ice cream!) or a great topping for your granola or yogurt. Some people just eat it straight out of the jar!
